We provide performance, personal and nutrition coaching in various ways.
- PT 2x/wk - This is a monthly fee for 1hour 2x a week personal training. $450
- PT 3x/wk - This is a monthly fee for 1hour 3x a week personal training. $650
- PD 10pk + NT - This is 10 - 1hour Athletic performance development sessions plus Nutritional support. $850
- NT Single Session - This is a single 1hour nutritional support session to discuss current plan. A detailed plan will be created and provided after the session. $100
- BC Body Composition - Using IntelaMetrix Ultrasound scanners, we perform a body composition analysis to give you detailed muscle and fat composition. $35
- MA Movement Analysis - This is a series of movements designed to assess strengths and overall ability to move. The information from this helps to plan out training programs. $35
