Greg Lutton

Greg graduated from Harvard University Extension School with an ALB in Humanities. He worked for 15 years in entertainment managing the development of videogames and tv shows. With the birth of his son, he decided to make a change.

Fast forward 6 years to now and he is here in Ashburn, VA having moved to be with his son as he entered 1st Grade! Greg is currently the Director of Program Development providing high level oversight to his trainer's program design to ensure the goals of the clients are met. He brings a project management style approach to programs by using the "scope, time, cost" method to create structured programs for any client with any background. 

Back in California, Greg was the Assistant Varsity Lacrosse Coach and Head Freshman Soccer Coach at Saint Francis High School. He also coached Encore Lacrosse, an elite lacrosse organization throughout the Bay Area headed up by Johnny Christmas from UVA/Boston Cannons. Previously he was the Director of Lacrosse at Silver Creek Sports Complex in charge of building and growing the league, providing coaching and instruction to players as well as recruiting new players, coaches and officials. Greg was also integral in founding and creating the South County Outlaws, a new team establishing lacrosse in Morgan Hill. Greg is a National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Strength Coach, Certified Personal Trainer as well as a Certified Lacrosse Coach through the National Federation of High Schools. He also taught Physical Education to local camps and schools. Greg served as the Assistant Defensive Coach/New player skills coach for San Jose State University Men's Lacrosse team during their Fall 2014 pre-season sessions. During the summer, Greg coached Vitality/Encore Lacrosse camp to U-13 players. Greg played lacrosse in high school and was one of two freshmen to make the Varsity team. He played overseas in London with the South East Men's Lacrosse association.
